The reservation becomes valid upon payment on site at the ski rental shop, either in cash or by credit card.
Your reservation will be held until the end of business hours on the reserved day. After this time, the reservation will automatically expire.
A security deposit is required when renting sports equipment. This may be a personal identification document, a credit card slip, or cash.
Each renter is liable for the proper return of the equipment up to the full retail value of the rented items.
The deposited security does not constitute a possible purchase price for the rented equipment.
The rental price includes the free option to change to another ski model or sports equipment within the same price category.
Minimum rental period for winter sports equipment: 1 day.
If ski equipment is returned after 10:30 a.m., the current day will be charged. Equipment rented after 2:00 p.m. will only be charged starting from the following day.
The contract is concluded between the booking customer and the respective ski rental shop or ski school where the equipment is collected and returned.

All legal disputes arising from or in connection with reservations, rental, or use of the equipment shall be subject exclusively to the jurisdiction of the national courts of Austria.
